This is the free OpenRouter endpoint for Xing4.0-29B-A4B, an Apache-2.0 open-weight mixture-of-experts model (29B total, 4B active parameters, 256K context) from China Telecom's TeleAI team and the successor to the TeleChat series. It is trained on Ascend NPUs and tuned for tool calling, multi-step planning, and long-context agent work; free access is rate-limited, so it suits experimentation rather than production.
